At GenDelFully, our products are made especially for you! Each item is created on demand when you place your order. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. We want you to love your GenDelFully purchase!
